I was about to mention Vé. AFAIK, that's the only PO editor for android. I
just didn't mention as I didn't find out how to set it as default app for
file extensions .po. So I didn't figure out how to open download PO file
from D-L. Nice app, though.

Btw, Vé is translate-able. People interested in contributing, see:

You may chose Vé[1] for edit po file on Android[2] devices. Then upload
to Deam Lies. I also prefer PC, because it help me test translation in
real world.

Notepad++ doesn't come with a translation memory with fuzzy matches, so
I don't think that's the best idea.

Something like a Pootle server would be nice, but I have no idea how
much work it would take to integrate that into the Damned Lies workflow.
It would allow both online and offline translation.

Me? Yeah, I tend to do other stuff, as my work and localization (i18n) tend
to take too much of my time already. I tried to translate via mobile phone
once, but I've gave up due to bad ergonomics, lack of good software,
battery consumption etc.

Anyway, one can always do a quick translation from another computer by
installing a PO editor, or even using portable version of Notepad++ with
you're on a WC (Windows computer).

Such online-translation feature was discussed a few years ago on this
mailing list, but it ended in a good amount of translators preferring the
current "download-translate-upload" workflow in Damned Lies instead.

Personally, I prefer to do translation in my own computer, with the PO
editors and text processors of my choice, using keyboard instead of
touchscreen for big translations.

Question about Deam Lies

Why is there no web interface for translating files in Deam Lies? One could
still contribute when on Phone or Tablet or any remote PC to speed up
translations.
