Dear Members and Friends, Just to update you on Kennedy. His wife, Shanti is requesting us not to give up on Kennedy but to continue praying for a miracle healing. Kennedy was moved to a nursing home last weekend as Hinduja was becoming very expensive and the nursing home provides personalized treatment. He is in a stable condition and is doing better in the nursing home. His condition has baffled doctors (meaning some healing has taken place) and they have asked for some further scans and tests. We continue storming heaven, and praying in unison in groups with your friends at a set time and day convenient to yourselves. If unable to pray in groups, just say a Rosary followed by the Healing Prayer below. Dear Members and Friends, This is an appeal for Prayers. You might be aware that Kennedy D'Souza (husband of Shanti, father of Kyle and son of Annette and Henry D'Souza) is in Mumbai for treatment. Kennedy underwent one operation to remove a tumour in the head about 2 weeks back and was recovering well, unfortunately his condition suddenly detoriated as he developed a swelling in the operated area and was admitted into the ICU with related complications. The 2nd tumour lies in a very delicate position and cannot be operated. He requires to have injections to shrink the tumour at a cost of approx. 3Million Kenyan Shillings - this is in addition to the operation that he has already undergone. We understand this morning that he is responding to treatment. We are therefore appealing for prayers in unison. Kindly say a Rosary and Prayer for Healing at 7.15 pm tonight (26/3/09) that Jesus, Mother Mary and the Holy Spirit may perform a miracle healing and avail the funds required for his treatment. Dear Members & Friends, ( As requested by the family, the GWS is posting this message for them) On behalf of the late Albertina DeSouza's family, our sincere thanks to all who sent us email messages, telephone calls, SMS messages, floral tributes etc etc. and above all your prayers, for which we were very grateful. With your prayers, Felix and self made it to Goa, with absolutely no hitches, and laid mum to rest on 16 December - may she RIP. The messages were so over-whelming that it was difficult to thank each of you individually - so belatedly, our thanks and appreciation to all. I cannot do this individually now - I had just begun the 'appreciation' emails the previous weekend, when grief has struck our family again. Felix's younger brother Cyprian (Cypru) ex Mombasa and Goa passed away on 11th February, 2009 aged 57. He had pnemonia/liver complications. His burial took place in Goa exactly 2 months to mum's death anniversary. Cypru was husband to Carol, father to Beverly/Giscard (Bombay) and Lynn (Dubai).
