I don't what methodology was used to come to these figures. As John
Nazareth admits, I am more confident of some
numbers than others.
This bring me to the Goan Migration Study that the Goa NRI Affairs
Department commissed to the Centre for Development Studies.  I would
like to know how to avail myself of a copy of this report. Also like
to know if any goanetter has got access to or read it. I haven't seen
the report (or its summary) on the Global Goans website.
