Dear Bernice,
Cafe Remanso, in the Municipal building opp the Social Welfare Department
in Panjim serves Piyush. They have a large cubical jar in which it is kept.


IMHO, Cafe Remanso is the third best bhaji puri place in Panjim after Cafe
Real and Cafe Bhonsale.

Cafe Central was once the best but now functions as a bakery.

I’m not sure if that place still exists, because Goa has undergone a 
transformation (more of an upheaval) since you left. 

About Orchata, some people still make it.
