[google-appengine] Billing issue

Hi,

I have an outstanding bill to pay (due to a card being cloned and therefore 
cancelled) but I'd like to know if there is a way to pay the bill by 
assigning it to a new billing account, transferring the balance if you will.

I understand I can just pay the bill with a new card (I think!) but I'd 
like to assign it to the newly set up billing account (someone else is in 
charge of payments now, so a whole new billing account was made, rather 
then just change the card on the current account).

So, is this possible?

Or am I just going to have to pay the bill one off with the new billable 
accounts card?

[google-appengine] Billing issue

Hi there,
we're having some issues with billing.
Google had some trouble with charging my creditcard and now they stopped 
charging at all.
There is no billig admin now and I can't change a thing! Where is the 
support???
Who, what or where do I have to go to solve my problem?

[google-appengine] Billing issue - Awaiting Recurring Charge Cancellation

Hello,

I have an appengine application (appid: theunclassroom). We wanted to 
change the billing admin for the account but the disabling of billing is 
taking quite a long time (around 1.5 days already). Would really appreciate 
it if someone from Google could help expedite the process so we can add a 
new billing admin and re-enable billing. Ideally, it would be nice if this 
process did not take 7 days to complete - I can file an issue for this if 
required. Also, how should we change the billing admin without disabling 
billing in the future?

Same for me. I enabled billing for one of my new app, and the billing 
status is stuck at Activating Billing for 4 days now...

A few days ago I activated the billing for my app, but I wanted to increase the 
fee and canceled the pedido.Ahora took me several days to make changes to 
the message always (Billing Status: Activating Billing) and do not know where 
to turn, I sent emails to the address listed on the panel but I get no 
response. Could anyone help me?
