[Google Wave APIs] Re: Forgot password

2009-10-15 Thread Jay Chan

I haven't noticed much activity on this thread in a while. Have any
of you gotten the help that you've requested?

I've followed Pamela and Brian's suggestions, but have not heard back
in almost 2 weeks. I bet you guys are pretty busy, however. ;-)

There is a surprising number of developers that have lost their
password (and here I thought everyone followed my philosophy of using
the same password for everything), and it is taking us time to respond
to all of them. As Brian said, we'll be working on it over the next
 few weeks.

To those of you reading this that have lost your password, please
forward us the original Get Ready to Wave email to make it easy to
locate your account and verify you as the owner. If you cannot find
that, then atleast specify your full username. Thanks!

I seem to have forgotten my password for the Wave Sandbox and don't
see any option to reset the password other than a note to contact my
'domain administrator'

Please help. My wave sandbox id is aamanlamba

Hey this is a preview, they don't want to spend time on it... It's not like a
system opened for all, it's a developer preview... You had to tell them that
you'll dance with the sharks when you signed up :P

2009-10-01 Thread David Trattnig
Me too. Can't login either - sent an forgotten password mail yesterday
already but no response yet. Try to forward the Get Ready to Wave mail
now. Thanks for the hint!

@pamela: Actually the philosophy to use the same pwd everywhere is actually
not the save one. Still I was used to follow this approach on many sites.
;-) I have a few rotating passwords now. But as it looks like there maybe a
migration problem as the other users report?

Would really wish to get access quite soon! But I understand how busy you
may be.
Thanks
david

Heh, and there was me doubting my memory, when perhaps that's not the
problem.

I've had people asking me for invites and I've had to say sorry, I
forgot my password - and now I find out it might not be that!

Earlier I re-signed up (as stated in the sticky message), but I've
still not received any new login details or anything.

Very frustrating.

And very disappointing that Google are unable to automate their own
systems - even if Google Apps is manual by default, you'd think they
would have people with the skills to do a basic reset script!

:(

Yes, please email that address. We're going to try to get to everyone
