The Google Plugin for Eclipse has its own forum, you'll have better chances 
there: https://groups.google.com/d/forum/google-plugin-eclipse

That said, I think you're talking about an Eclipse screen, not a GPE one. 
Make sure you accept each and every license, but maybe there's a bug 
somewhere…
