Then lets wait for Charon to figure out way to make it legal.
I hope counts looks reasonable. At least you do not get more pregnant than
total number in the study sample.

Mosa, you are right.
In this case counts are de-identified data.
1.Those are just two numbers: total number of people in study sample and
number of pregnant people.
2. Longitudinal representation of counts is how many people is present in
those two categories on monthly basis. Those are also aggregated data type

1. Is it OK to share counts?
2. Would you mind to add few lines to the code (I will provide those) in order
to plot those counts as longitudinal data? Would be nice to show your and our

I modified the queries to reflect my database and schema and table names.
After the small modifications, I was able to successfully run the first
two sections of the file, and return the counts. Is anything else needed
 for this?

In yesterday's KUMC planning meeting, we estimated this will complete in
October. The critical path looks like:

   - May: test data transfer protocol (#590)
   - Jun: finish lab LOINC codes, SQL (#551)
   - Jul: integrate updated geocoding data from UMN (#544)
   - Aug: finish all changes to SQL code (#546)
   - Aug, Sep, Oct: all sites prepare, submit study sample and DM sample
 definition

Mei, the geocoding stuff (#544) isn't technically in [/depgraph/ticket/545
the critical path for this part of the project]. I don't know if you were
aware of that when we put this plan together. I wasn't.
