RE: Task #160 (RepositoryUseCases, GPC Priority Data Types)

2014-11-10 Thread Deborah Yoshihara
Dan,

We're going to concentrate on 4 things to implement in the gpc ontology
structure:
1) demographics/vitals
2) diagnosis
3) tumor registry
4) meds if time

RE: Task #160 (RepositoryUseCases, GPC Priority Data Types)

2014-11-07 Thread Dan Connolly
Hi Debbie,

I'm curious what happened between "what are we supposed to do?" and "OK, got
it."

#160 is less of a site-specific task and more of a centralized/group thing.
Truth be told, I'm still pretty fuzzy on how the whole thing comes together
myself. I did some brainstorming with Nathan this week and we dumped some notes
in
RepositoryUseCases,
but we struggled in some areas.

The best ideas I have on "what is our site's part in all of this?" is in the
GPC Priority Data
Types thread
that Phillip started Oct 23.
