For sprints, we ask a certain sum from OSGeo, but then we raise funds ourselves (as requested by OSGeo) as well as minimize the expenses. I have some plans for strikers/promo/swag, but I started to carry them out only now. Then there is of course the website. So, I would say it is natural - at least for the way how we currently organize the budget. Best, Vaclav > > Kind regards, > Peter > > > > > > > *Gesendet:* Freitag, 27. The website is not clear to me, but I think it needs to be included again (with a note added to OSGeo Budget). Another thing is that in the past we did not split the request into project budget, events, and sprints. This year, this would turn out: Project: 2900 EUR + website Events: 500 EUR Sprints: 5500 EUR Lastly, the amounts need to converted from EUR to USD (as of today, google.com). There was a discussion whether the cost of buying stickers, etc should be part of the sprint budget, or not. Thus there has not been an official vote by the PSC, yet, and the money has not been sent to Martin.
