Sounds about right. Mine has 43 different patterns...if that helps and indeed there is a pattern for the wedding suit of King Frederick of Denmark (1743) and a Gold Embroidered Wool Dress c1690. Looks like it could be a mantua, but isn't called one directly. Sg The patterns at the bottom are numbered then lettered. There is also a line drawing of the Danish Mantua (please forgive me, I'm away from my computor and so can't spell the correct name.) The patterns at the bottom are numbered then lettered. I would be very greatfull if anybody could tell me a little more of these patterns. Some years ago i photocopyed some patterns from a book at the library, and just wondered if these are from the book of Blanche Payne.
