You'll want to reset the unifi. I've encountered this in the past. If you have a unifi device that is too old your management server won't be able to send the latest firmware or adopt it. The fix is to reset the thing to factory defaults and then do the manual firmware update. It's annoying, but not really that difficult. thanks. but the problem is that even though I can see the SSH authentication user name and password in the Unifi configuration SSH won't let me log in the credentials or anything else I have tried. I am trying to solve a Unifi 802.11ac Dual-Radio PRO Access Point (UAP-AC-PRO-US) problem(s) with Ubiquiti email support.
