Meditasi dgn sikap duduk apapun boleh aja Mas... Yang penting niatnya apa dalam melakukan meditasi tersebut. Sebenarnya sikap duduk itu hanya untuk membuat kita nyaman aja, ada yang nyaman dengan duduk di matras, ada yang di kursi yg ada sandarannya... Jadi menurut saya sich dibuat senyaman mungkin aja dalam melakukan meditasi, dan yang perlu di ingat adalah niatnya dalam melakukan meditasi. salam, bisa karena postur/posisi duduk kurang rileks atau terlalu dipaksakan. sebaiknya cari posisi/postur yang paling nyaman dan sesuai dengan kondisi tubuh. bisa juga hanya karena blm terbiasa. sebab lain bisa karena efek meditasinya itu sendiri, yaitu proses aktivasi kundalini sedang bekerja. jangan lupa minum air yang banyak selama menjalankan meditasi karena efek dari konsentrasi dan vibrasi energi yang dibangkitkan membuat kabel2 syaraf jadi lebih panas dari kondisi tanpa latihan meditasi. just my two cents. salam harmonis. Sangat tergantung dgn konsep dan keyakinan masing2. Ada yg sangat menekankan pada aliran energi di chakra, maka mgkn posisi semedi/ meditasi harus khusus. Ada jg yg konsepnya meditasi itu kesadaran dan bs diterapkan sehari2. Maka meditasi gerak dan meditasi 24jam pun lahir dan akibatnya tidur pun bs diklasifikasikan sbg meditasi, bukan cm senderan. Silahkan pilih jenis meditasi yg cocok dan sreg dgn hati, lalu jalankanlah. Percuma bila cm teori saja mas. Maaf bila ada salah kata. Sent from my Chaiyophone...
