[ha-Safran] Judaica periodical database

Is there a database that has Judaica periodicals that is available and
affordable for the synagogue  or Jewish school? I would like to give remote
access to content. I searched EBSCO, but didn't find anything.  Ebsco has
not yet answered my query.
