[HCP-Users] Forbidden to download

2019-02-06 Thread Rosalia Dacosta Aguayo
Dear HCP users,

I registered to the HCP web. I installed what was needed following the pdf
documentation. I also have firefox as my browser but when I tried to
download the tutprial dataset it says me "forbidden"

Any idea why this is happening and how to solve it?

Yours sincerely,
Rosalia

Re: [HCP-Users] Detailed cortical areal map published in Nature and shared in BALSA

2016-07-22 Thread Rosalia Dacosta Aguayo
Dear Matt Glasser, Dr. Vann Essen and HCP users,

Is it possible to use this new parcelation as template for better
parcelating and understanding our brain?

I would be more than grateful if I could downloadidDoes it works with
FSL or we need FreeSurfer to use it?

Thanks in advance and Congratulations to both of you for this great job and
this great advance in the science

Rosalia

[HCP-Users] How to make a folder shared between Windows and VM by Timothty .B Brown

2015-12-16 Thread Rosalia Dacosta Aguayo
Hi Rosalia,

How to create a folder that is shared between the host and guest (VM) would
depend on what tool you are using to run your VM in the first place.

If you are using VMware (Player or Workstation) I would suggest you have a
look at the document *VMware Workstation 5.0 Using Shared Folders *at
https://www.vmware.com/support/ws5/doc/ws_running_shared_folders.html
This is written for VMware Workstation 5.0, but it seems to be valid for
VMware Player and later versions of VMware Workstation.

If you are using Oracle VirtualBox, I would suggest you have a look at the
document *VirtualBox Shared Folders *at
http://virtuatopia.com/index.php/VirtualBox_Shared_Folders.

If you are using some other program to run your VM, you'll need to check
the documentation or do a web search for documentation that will guide you.

Please reply to the HCP-Users list so that others who have the same
question can also benefit.

Best Regards,

Tim

[HCP-Users] Having problems with installing aspera, upgrade chromium, download data for doing tutorials with workbench....

2015-12-16 Thread Rosalia Dacosta Aguayo
Dear Caret and Workbench team,

I have registered to workbench and I I had downloaded workbench for linux
64bitsok...no problem with this...and with the tutorial...the problem
is when trying to download your images in order to do the tutorials.

The problem is with downloading the data it aks me for intaslling aspera
and other pluginwith the other I tell that yes, but it tells me that is
not supported and with aspera tells me something similar. I am working in a
Virtual Maxine, with UBUNTU 14.04 and Neurodebian installedany
suggestion to cope with this problem? I have tried to update chromium in
the neurodebian package but it has been impossible...I have directly gone
to the aspera web page and I have downloaded it...a file.sh...but I try to
execute it and nothing seems to work... (I have aspera in my Destktop...).
I have wrote in my shell: sudo apt-get install (and all the name of aspera:
aspera-connect-3.6.1.110647-linux-64.sh but nothing works wellI have to
install plugins for chromium and I don't find how to do it, although I have
been looking for in internet...it seems that I have to change some options
in my chromium but those options does not appear...

The other question is that you say that you no longer actively develop
Caret, but I need to do a tutorial with the last version and download the
images necessary for doing thisany suggestion with this would be highly
appreciate? I would lilke to do tutorials with caret as well as
workbench...

Yours sincerely,

Rosalia.
