Re: [HCP-Users] sphere surface file for meg

2016-07-30 Thread Glasser, Matthew
Is there not a file being distributed of a name like this:

XX/MEG/anatomy/XX.L.sphere.4k_fs_LR.surf.gii

Peace,

Matt.

Hello.

Quick question regarding MEG data:

Where can I find, or how can I construct, a spherical mapping (.sphere...)
surface vertex file corresponding to the MEG surface files

XX/MEG/anatomy/XX.L.midthickness.4k_fs_LR.surf.gii

As far as I can tell, these seem to be different sizes to all other .sphere...
files in the T1w and MNINonLinear folders.

Re: [HCP-Users] sphere surface file for meg

2016-07-31 Thread Georgios Michalareas

Hi again,

I thought you were asking more about the process rather the actual
sphere durface files.

These files are inside the MEG pipeline code distributed in connectomedb in

https://www.humanconnectome.org/documentation/HCP-pipelines/meg-pipeline.html

If you download from "Pipeline Files" version v3.0 and unzip

you ll find the files in
megconnectome-3.0/template/
named
"Sphere.4k.L.surf.gii"
"Sphere.4k.R.surf.gii"
