Rav-milim (and Morfix) have mitveh. There are other examples of -eh words

As Roger wrote, I also know about Mitveh, but it might be wrong, and should be 
Mitvah, the same has Mehvah מחווה

Milon Ariel ha-makif, has it as Mitvah
