I have sv_region 255, isn't that global, IE everyone sees it? if the other ppl can connect when given the ip and port would that suggest that the region is not correctly set? i had thsi problem when i ran a 1.6 server about a year ago. Everything was perfect except i could see it in the master list. Dont use the one in the Steam Tools list because if Steam Crashes, it takes the server with it, PLUS it uses up a perfectly good Steam Account.
