Re: [hlds] CS:S servers crashing *constantly* since last update...
Linux is fine, as well. Besides some maps, but then again I'm sure Valve knows that a good chunk (1/4th?) of custom maps crash the server since the OB move (I have about 30 core dumps, if anyone is interested). Oh well, Kyle. On Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at 6:56 PM, Mike Vail wrote: > I can confirm that Windows 2008 appears ok. I can confirm that Windows 2008 appears ok. We have CSS both Vanilla and running Sourcemod 1.4 with Metamod 1.8.3 with the latest versions of SM Gungame and SM Deathmatch loaded, along with tons of Sourcemod plugins and we haven't seen any crashes that I'm aware of. We have the latest version of KAC on the Sourcemod servers as well. Sorry you're all having such trouble. God I love Valve updates CSS is now another TF2! Hang in there! Same here, we are very current with all the latest hardening and security preventions. As many posted in the thread I suggested above, trials with both vanilla servers and servers running the proper plugins and patches still produce the same constant crashing. However, this crash again appears to be isolated to Windows Server 03 instances. All *ix and 08 instances appear fine. -Adam ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds

Re: [hlds] (tf2) pl_thundermountain server crash
Personally haven't seen a single crash with the map on any of our servers but it doesn't mean that the problem would not exist. I assume you all run more than 24 slots on your servers? It may be again one of those too many dynamic entities in the map issues. Plr_pipeline used to have that issue, it being 3-stage and it caused crashes. -ics 4.8.2010 22:51, Saint K. kirjoitti: Problem confirmed for Linux.
