I placed a new version at:
http://sweb.uky.edu/~khkwan0/uploads/gkrellm
Version 0.4 now allows you to place your mouse cursor over the gkrellm
panel to
get a listing of the current players on your server.

Most likely he is running a 2.4.19 (IIRC) kernel. In the past there
have been large discussions regarding the wildly inaccurate range of CPU
loads with hlds under linux. An 800MHz machine would handle a 12 player
server fine but 5% isn't correct that much is certain.

Actually, yes, I wasn't thinking when I said 5%, that is with just a few
players. An 800MHz will run at 20% or so with 12 players. It still screams
:) Depends, or course, on the mod, I was using OP4 and Valve on that box.

Cheers dude :))

HLTV proxy server query by the client serverbrowser is not working but Valve

This happened when the client serverbrowser was updated for the source
server query protocol.
HLTV proxy servers work ok though, just connect to them from the console
using the "connect" command.
If there is a password for the HLTV proxy, be sure to set it before trying
to connect.
HLTV in CS:S works but not all the management functions are working yet,
again this is known and in the todo list.
