std cfg file format? how would that be? Cause right now I have that file in my cstrike/maps folder and it's not work. So if anyone could help me out that would be great - Original Message - From: "m0gely" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, February 11, 2003 4:21 PM Subject: Re: [hlds_linux] map specific configs Eric Miller wrote: > This is a multi-part message in MIME format. > -- > [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] > ok, this is pissing me off. I've looked everywhere. I'm a newbie to this list. So i've probably missed this topic many times. How do I get mp_freezetime to = 0 when awp_map is loaded. Although there was no information I found as to the location where this file should reside: http://www.adminmod.org/help/online/Admin_Mod_Reference/Frequently_Asked_Que stions_FAQ.htm#QMapSpecificConfigs If you use AMX, then you will need this addon: http://amxmod.net/amx-plugins.php?cat=7#25130 More on this here: http://amxmod.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=25130 The config file goes in the "addons/amx/map_configs/" folder. -- - m0gely http://quake2.telestream.com/ Q2 | Q3A | Counter-strike ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux

Re: [hlds_linux] [OT] adminmod specific map
ok. thank you. So in theory, it is possible to have a different configuration on every single map? Are there any common restrictions/configurations that I should know about. When I run scoutzknivez it always crashes. Is this because I need a scoutzknivez.cfg that changes the gravity and stuff? 'http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/private/hlds_linux/2002-December/0172 12.html' Summed up as, stick whatever commands you want executed on a specific map in a '.cfg' file in the maps directory of the mod. For example, you would open up cstrike/maps/awp_map.cfg and add the line "admin_command admin_restrictmenu 8" to restrict all equipment. Same commands that you would put it server.cfg, but they are only executed on one map. --agenthh ---Original Message--- From: Eric Miller <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: 02/07/03 04:03 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [hlds_linux] [OT] adminmod specific map > > Hey.
