There are of course from 1 to several crashes per day but not in the numbers of 30 and above. Do you use any additional dlls (metamod + others) ? If so, did you try the latest versions ? My advice... roll back to v24. This version is stable, and the load cuts in half. With v29: loads well above 4.00 on a dual xeon (6 CS servers) With v24: loads around 2.00 on a dual xeon (6 CS servers) all servers filled to the max. Valve, please roll-back to v24 and start building from there. The last 5 releases of hlds have been nothing but trouble. I think v29 runs smoother than v24. If they should roll back, they should roll back to cs1.1c. When I could run 4*14 player server on dual p3 550 on FreeBSD 4.2. But thats not going to happen. I suggested it on this list before that they should roll back to the last release from last year.
