Re: [hlds_linux] Major HLDS CS problem
I switched from -pingboost 3, now using "1" which fixed the bug. This kinda sucks tho since the server isn't that good (6-20 ping, ~850fps) anymore. Ping avrg went up 5-10ms and fps is only ~350 now. I admit that the cpu usage is one third now compared to before but that I don't care about.:-) I guess this fixed the problem but it's still a huge bug IMHO. I mean, if you want to boost it maximum (Note: with no third party programs), then you should be able to do so. Guess I won't see a fix for this but I really hope, you VALVe ppl out there :-) -- Original Message -- From: Kalle Kiviaho <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Wed, 3 Mar 2004 08:51:18 +0100 >Quoting Jakob Andréen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > >When running a 2.6.2+ kernel and -pingboost 3 the sys_ticrate shouldn't >be more than 1000.
