If your server gets into this state please email me its IP and port and
then leave it so I can look on the master servers.

we have been getting this since slightly before the last issue with
master servers. Thought that the blocked traffic at valve's end by
their isp getting fixed would fix us, but we weren't using that
particular master server. Like the previous people said, server
drops off list after about 12-18 hours. restart puts it back on
  the list.
tried going into affected server while it is not visible on list and
doing heartbeat nothing. not even sure that is a valid command
for Source. Also tried changing things in server.cfg and changing
maps or execing server.cfg (like enableoldqueries) but the only
thing that puts it back on is a server restart. This has been

I have not restarted it yet, as there are players on it at the moment that
have the server in their fav list, which it shows up for them there just
fine.
Current setmaster returns:
69.28.151.162:27011
69.28.151.178:27011

Add -dev to the command line and then check for any errors relating to
master server traffic (or a lack of regular heartbeats).

Add -dev to the command line and then check for any errors relating to
master server traffic (or a lack of regular heartbeats).
