Yep, it's Cheating Death 4.3.0! Had exactly the same problem.
BTW: Also had problems with 4.2.0 crashing too.
Currently I am using the most stable 4.1.0, even though this creates phantom
double processes of hlds_run.

A very disappointed ...

There is a bug in C-D 4.3.0 on serverside that will crash the server if it gets full.
