Fred, we have had multiple failures of the OSM Haiti drone imagery at several events, leading to the problems you showed in an earlier email. We are aware of the issues but have been unable to solve it due to the poor performance of the tile server. We are going to solve this issue, The main issue happened last Friday. Sorry for that, it is the first time it is happen. And to clean duplicate you don't need accurate image. Revert, data cleaning is enough.
