I agree to you, but if one of the participants has problems with english 
(not in this case) it can be a lot easier to find the bug.

RECAP FOR NON-GERMAN SPEAKERS:

Ulrich has found an interesting bug, where Hugin crashes on startup when 
loading a 
config file which tells him/it to show the overview-globe in the preview 
panel as a seperate
window. Solution is here: 

(red is the bugfix, at least as far as I know, I will ask Thomas to try it 
out on Windows as well)
wxPanel* panel=XRCCTRL(*this, "overview_command_panel", wxPanel);
if(panel != nullptr){
panel->Show(newLevel==GUI_EXPERT);
panel->GetParent()->Layout();
}

The workaround for the moment is to delete the old config (located at 
"~/Library/Preferences/hugin Preferences")
and keeping the globe in the main window.


Next up was that enblend can't cope with the color profile used in photos 
from the Canon 5D Mark 4:

I can't do much about that other than trying to export the corresponding 
pictures with a different color profile
(at least until we (or Thomas?) knows how to fix this for real).

Ich bin hier eher der Mac-Software-Typ. Kenne mich daher mit der 
Panorama-Fotos-Verarbeitungs-Seite
relativ wenig aus. Es sieht aber so aus, als ob irgendwas mit dem 
Farbprofil ein Problem macht  ("color transform")
(hatten wir in der Vergangenheit schon woanders).

Sind wohl nicht die einzigen, die das Problem haben/hatten:

Hoffentlich sieht das der Haupt- / aktuell eigentliche Huginentwickler 
(Thomas) und schaut sich das mit den Farbprofilen mal an.

Für den Moment sollte es hoffentlich gehen, wenn du z.B. mit Lightroom, 
Photoshop oder einem Programm deiner Wahl
die Fotos mit einem anderen Farbprofil exportierst.

(Wenn ich deine Konfigurationsdatei verwende stürzt Hugin bei mir auch ab, 
ich arbeite dran.)

wollte mal schnell ein Test-Panorama raus rechen was aber fehlgeschlagen ist. 
kann sein das der nodal Punkt noch nicht genau genug Abgestimmt ist, photoshop 
verzeiht ja fast alles 
aber bei Hugin muss das meines Wissens nach ja schon genauer Stimmen um keine 
Geisterbilder zu bekommen.
Sorry das ich lästig bin aber weißt du was hiermit gemeint ist?

ich den Bericht/fehlermeldung bestätige

den Pfad kann ich leider nicht kopieren und finde ich am Rechner auch 
nicht. die program Ordner habe ich auch durchgeschaut leider nichts…

hey Niklas!

ich nehme an wir können deutsch sprechen ;-)
mein macbook pro retina 2013 läuft mit OS X 10.11.6
Hugin versionen hab ich verschieden versucht, funktioniert aber mit keiner 
mehr. aktuell ist es Hugin-2017.0.0
es crashed schon beim starten, bevor ich überhaupt files laden kann. wenn ich 
den Bericht/fehlermeldung bestätige 
schließt es sich automatisch und sagt: Hugin wurde unerwartet beendet usw.
