Supplying a .pto file with %s is broken with the 2.5.0 release as there is a bug where paths with spaces don't work. This is fixed in the current trunk, but there are other problems and the trunk isn't ready for a release. Thank you - I could have read the help text more carefully. I had read "following patterns will be substituted before running". But it took me quite a while to understand that arguments with % don't have to do anything with arguments with -. Can align_image_stack deal with whole panotools scripts (%s) as autopano-sift-c can meanwhile? I thought with would be done with %p instead of -p but this seems to have been a misunderstanding of how this parameter thing works. Neither the trunk or the 2009.2 branch has this [ %f == 2 ] stuff as it could only work on unix systems and is completely untested (I haven't had a chance to test it myself and it was my idea). Do you still get it if you 'Load defaults' in the preferences? >Meanwhile I will preassemble the stacks on the command line into 4 >.ptos.
