  Hi, only the xml, the "dump" file is not human readable.  Please, if the
xml were big, better to upload to a file share service (dropbox, google,
etc) than to send by email.

  The important thing to know will appear in the files listed in the window
about the error that you attached to your email, if you choose OK.
  Besides that, you could also delete the hugin preferences file, which
will no be destroyed with a reinstallation of the program. I don' t
remember the name of this file in Windows... google for it.  You can also
try to start Hugin with the CRTL key pressed, this could help,
