Multiple problems for me. My browser of choice, Opera doesn't work. IE on Win 7 doesn't work. Firefox works but not available on work desktop. Chrome allows me to log in, upload GIMXSID report but I can't use Download Director because Chrome doesn't support Java. Sheesh. I filled in their feedback form, like "how are we doing". I should have said terrible but I explained the different browser problems. Do IBM actually test this portal? Re: IBM support portal Broken?
Our experience is similar. What appears not to work is Win7 with IE11. Chrome is OK. One colleague still has IE10, and he's OK. It's pretty frustrating when they tell you to report a problem via a mechanism that *is* the problem. Like having to report a telephone line problem over the problem line. ;-( . . Right now IBMLINK prompts for userid/password but after supplying, just sits there like it didn't understand (no spinning/thinking wheel).
