Re: IBMLink, searching SRs
Whoever in your organization handles User Administration for the IBM Support Site needs to verify that you have FULL (access to all cases in the the account number) as opposed to BASIC (you only see your own cases). If your company has multiple account numbers, that can complicate things. If software cases must be opened in specific account numbers, you and your peers would need FULL in all of those account numbers where you all work as a team. -- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to lists...@listserv.ua.edu with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN

IBMLink, searching SRs
Anybody know how, in the "upgraded" IBMLink, how one searches for PMRs opened by their account and not just their own? I unchecked the "Search my service requests submitted online only" selection and selected "Search all service requests" for all customer numbers associated with my account and I only get returned the SRs I opened. Selecting customer numbers specifically and those same selections to theoretically unrestrict it from returning only my SRs, no dice. I used to be able to view all SRs for my site. What a wonderful luxury that was when management wanted you to address one. Thomas Ambros zEnterprise Operating Systems This communication may contain privileged and/or confidential information.
