Commands such as HELP should be directed to mailing list host,
lists...@listserv.uark.edu rather than to the discussion address. You
should also check out the web interface at
http://listserv.uark.edu/archives/ibmvm.html -- and while you're there,
please take time to become familiar with the subscription management
services available via the Subscriber's Corner link, available in the
upper left-hand corner of the Archives page.
