Eh?  The reason SETROPTS MINCHANGE isn't there is because RACF/VM and 
RACF/MVS are two different offerings.  Things added to MVS are not 
necessarily added to VM, and vice versa.  And I don't think anyone has 
submitted a RACF/VM requirement to add it.

RACF SETROPTS MINCHANGE

While checking the SETROPTS one of our auditors happened to notice that RACF
on z/VM no longer (or never has) supported the password MINCHANGE value.

Was it every there on z/VM?  Why wouldn't it be supported on z/VM while it
is on z/OS?

Just curious.

the differences at that time.
