Things added to MVS are not necessarily added to VM, and vice versa. And I don't think anyone has submitted a RACF/VM requirement to add it. RACF SETROPTS MINCHANGE
While checking the SETROPTS one of our auditors happened to notice that RACF on z/VM no longer (or never has) supported the password MINCHANGE value. Was it every there on z/VM? Why wouldn't it be supported on z/VM while it is on z/OS? Just curious. Thanks, Leland

Nevermind...he found his notes from the last audit and he had documented the differences at that time. It is because VM is a virtual system. You need to ask the auditor if he knows the difference between real and virtual If you see it and it's there, it's real.
