LG has just confirmed via Facebook that it the latest Android OS is indeed coming to the 2X and other high-end smartphones, effectively debunking rumors to the contrary. Unfortunately, however, the manufacturer isn't quite ready to offer a release date, but promises that detailed information is on the way. At least that's not the case if you're following the Nexus series faithfully like I am.. I didn't buy the Nexus S because I'm still happy with my Nexus One and didn't think that the Nexus S is a worthy upgrade.. I'm buying the Galaxy Nexus not because I'm unhappy with my Nexus One, but because I just think it's time to update.. Note that this won't be an upgrade, because I'm still not replacing my Nexus One.. I'll put them side by side equally, one in my left pocket, one in my right pocket, wekekekk.. Tapi saya sbg user android dan beberapa kali, bahka trhitung banyak terpuaskan oleh HTC,, Dan saya rasa, HTC itu layaknya seorang professor.. Yg tdk suka banyak bicara, tetapi langsung pada tindakan nyata yg sangat sangat sangat memuaskan user ny.. Contoh nyata adalah kasus HTC desire,, Yg d prnyataan awal tidak mndapat GB, tpi toh nyatany tetap d berikan, walaupun stlh d teriakin oleh user Desire.. Dan bntuk careny HTC adl support OTA, yg cma sedikit vendor yg mau dan mampu melakukannya.. Yah.. Semoga LG mobile berkomitmen lebih baik dlm pengembangan software.. Service center sih jangan ditanya, top. Kemarin teman beli batere original Optimus Black cuma seratus ribu, benerin LCD pecah dan biaya servis masih terjangkau dibawah 400ribu. Tapi giliran support firmware dari LG official masih belum maksimal. Thanks Pak Ardi. Sejauh ini saya lihat Pak Ardi sangat komit dalam membantu dan memberikan penjelasan. Moga2 LG Global juga memiliki komitmen yang sama dalam mensupport product2 yang dikeluarkannya terutama dalam hal software, shg pemakai product-nya bisa ikut menikmati ICS. Note: berita tsb sudah merebak di forum2 luar dan berita yg saya dpt bersumber dari forum Modaco, salah satu forum yg menyediakan custom rom utk bermacam2 merek smartphone termasuk brand LG.
