As a side-note: I use here different usernames per PC. E.g. dl9pf_workstation and dl9pf_laptop . IIRC I had issues in early 3.5 when using same user for login. We did track/fix this in bugzilla, i think. Last time I checked this it was gone. Might happen if the 2nd PC syncs "too early" - i mean if the 1st pc isn't done syncing ?? After reverting the folder to a normal folder, then deleting it from the server and the second computer, then uplouding it to the server and downloading to the second computer the synchronization seems to work well. It is possible the first synchronization only synced the new nodes and not the file, so try synchronizing the second time and check if the file is uploaded from the log (task bar right click-> Sync log).
