Re: [Ilugc] checkpoint configuration in linux
Hi Karthik, Seeing that they have given you an EXE file, I believe it is a IPSEC VPN client(Correct me if i am wrong). Ubuntu has a built-in VPN client and i think use it as an alternative to the check point provided client. All you need is the gateway address and the user name/password. I think the following link will be helpful: http://askubuntu.com/questions/145330/how-to-get-a-vpn-for-ubuntu Please let me know if it was helpful. [Ilugc] checkpoint configuration in linux

Re: [Ilugc] checkpoint configuration in linux
Hi, Is the check point client actually needed for the VPN configuration? I think using openVPN client would be better. It works well with untangle firewall. With Regards, ~~Kumaran R ___ ILUGC Mailing List: http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
Re: [Ilugc] checkpoint configuration in linux
Hi, snx: error while loading shared libraries: libpam.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64. My ubuntu is 12.04 64bit version. It is likely that the program is 32 bit and is dependent on a 32 bit version of PAM library. Try installing the 64 bit version of the program or install 32 bit version of PAM library (though I doubt that the latter solution is straight forward).
