Can any one tell me how to replicate Linux Mail server . This kind of facility is available in Lotus and Exchange server .Any pointer will help . Thanks to all for the responses . I might be trying drupal and plone for the same . I want to clear the point which Ashwin has raised regarding the download issue . I personally feel that knowledge should be shared but here I am trying to put the knowledge which is properitery of our companie's . Can any one tell me about the KM through Linux . If there are some software (free) which can be used for the same . I am looking for software where we can keep some resources and authorised users can only read them (No download) . TIA. [ilugd] SQUID query
HI All I have just configured "squid" on one Linux box which acts as a child cache for one of the parent cache.I am able to browse through this proxy server but whenever I am trying to access google or any mail site it is not going further .If I search something in yahoo or google it is not able to search while it is able to search if I go through parent proxy server . [ilugd] Setting up mail system
I may be asking a very basic question ... We have a server which is connected to internet through lease line and having a DNS with FQDN . Then we have a firewall and our local lan . we have some Linux machines through which I am able to send mails using K-mail but whenever I am sending mails through some web form it is giving following error . . *** host mx2.vsnl.net[203.200.235.178] said: 550 5.1.8 invalid/host-not-in-DNS return address not allowed *** what may be the cause and solution please .any article ,link ,tip will be useful . HI We are using squid for our net connection where we acl based on the IPs as we are using statis IPs. Now we want to shift to DHCP . In that case how to restrict users. TIA. Dear All I have installed squid2mysql as per article in LFY but I am unable to start it through web server . I am using SuSE 8.1 . My apache root directory is /srv/www/htdocs while doing http://serverip/squid/ I am getting the authentication screen but I am anble get further . It is not accepting password and saying. You Are Not Authorized To Access Log Information where am I wrong . Please suggest. [ilugd] Starting News Ticker
I have recently switchd over to KDE 3.0 . In KDE 3.0 I found news ticker which , i think , is supposed to bring news from various sites . Can any one tell me how to start news ticker .
