We use the latest version of Novell Zenworks (ver#7)that allows for this and also collects inventory on each system in the district. All I have to do is open the computer within the directory and I can either view the screen without their knowledge or control it remotely. Just recently started taking advantage of some of the extra's within this software. Next, I am going to work with imaging the systems with Zenworks. Zenworks is also a cross-platform product that works with Active Directory.

Mark- We use a product called Vision. I am not sure if Altiris still has this as their product, or if it is from a company called Master Solution. The too also offer a time-limited demo, but our people really like it.
