[info-tech] Fwd: New Cisco Account Manager
According to this email I received not too long ago, Nadee has been replaced by Allan. Sarah Sarah M. Freking, District Technology Director Storm Lake Community School District Storm Lake, IA 50588 Phone: 712-732-8100 Fax: 712-732-8101 I never guess. It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle - Original Message - Hi Sarah, Hope you are doing well! I wanted to reach out to you and let you know about some changes with your local Cisco support. Effective in May, I will be transitioning to a new position within Cisco. I was offered a position with Cisco Corporate, so I will be actually moving out to San Jose. Allan Chilton, a colleague of mine also based out of Des Moines, will become your new Account Manager. Allan has been my counterpart for the past few years, working with the K-12 and higher-ed customers throughout Iowa, so you will be in good hands. [Marker][Image][Marker] Sarah, I look forward to hearing from you. Good luck with everything, and please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you! [info-tech] Middle School Tech Curriculum
After many arguments/discussions, staffing changes and teacher rotation, it has finally been decided that we need some consistent Tech Curriculum at the Middle School Level. For us taht is going to be grades 6-8. What I am looking for is areas of concentration for kids that age, textbooks (if any) or out right curriculum that any of you are using. I have the strange feeling that this could make for a very long summer for me. -- If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce would today cost $100, get a million miles per gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside. ~Robert X.
