We have about 40, and all I have had to do so far other than typical troubleshooting (knock on wood) is replace one lamp. All of ours except 2 are wall mounted with a seperate projector, though, so that may have something to do with it. We have had audio issues, but that is unrelated to the Smartboards themselves, it was more of a programming issue on the Crestron equipment from information I have. I do not think we have had the issues here with their support, but I do not think we have really used it much either, so I cannot add anything to that conversation.
