[IRCA] Algeria 531 in Oklahoma

I've been hearing Algeria on 531 kHz since about 2349 UTC, sometimes with fair 
signal.  Other times it faded away under another station in what sounds like 
Spanish.  No other MW signals detected yet.

The Spaniard on 531 gets out well and used to be the dominant in IL/WI before 
the Algerians on 531 and 549 upgraded. 531 SS was behind Algeria on 531 in WI 
last Sun night during the big low band Spain opening (quite common cx).  73 KAZ

It turned out being slop over from CIAO 530.  The language was South Asian.
