Re: [IRCA] TP 2May; Victoria version
We're in the midst of a geomagnetic upset right now, but it really was only a few days ago (27 April) when I heard JJ stations on 1269. I plan to hear one or two more Asiatics as the days continue to get longer. Watch me. OK, Nick, I wish you the best. The odds are probably against you, but sometimes that's what makes DXing fun (which just happens to be the secret behind the booming Ultralight Radio community). Besides, after having conducted a dubious DXpedition to an Oregon ocean cliff site during a vicious windstorm last November, I'm not really able to call anybody a DXing fanatic 73, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) -Original Message- From: Nick Hall-Patch n...@ieee.org To: Mailing list for the International Radio Club of America irca@hard-core-dx.com Sent: Thu, May 2, 2013 9:07 pm Subject: Re: [IRCA] TP 2May; Victoria version Hope springs eternal Gary.
