A SHAMELESS PRACTICEA SHAMELESS PRACTICE DIVULGING BEDROOM SECRETS A shameless and disgraceful trend observed nowadays among some of our Muslim brothers and even Muslim sisters, is the practice of discussing intimate bedroom and sexual secrets with friends and acquaintances. Some times, these discussions take place in the presence of even relative strangers without a care in the world. Such is the handiwork of shaytaan that at times, ostensibly learned, pious and somewhat respectable people tend to do this. This type of dirty conversation takes place when people are idle and engaged in futile pursuits. Having nothing better to do, they engage in dirty talk, giving a reflection of what lurks inside of them. These talks normally take place at clubhouses, during fishing and camping trips, card-playing sessions, billiard and pool games, golfing sessions, on journeys, etc. People relate with relish the finer details of their private doings, sometimes in a very boastful manner, before others. Some times, a person describes the delicate parts of his wife's anatomy before others in such a crude and revealing manner, he figuratively 'strips' her before others. In this way they are actually able to 'see' his wife with the mind's eye. These dirty ways are the net outcome of the accumulated filth of the west's shameless culture that has found its way in the life and homes of Muslims. The heavy deluge of pornographic material in the form of blue movies, steamy videos, raunchy magazines and novels, and now, internet-based pornography in the life of Muslims has contributed towards these shameless practices. May Allah cleanse all Muslims of this spiritual rot and moral muck. This type of immodest practice has no place in Islam. There is no room for such dirty ways in a religion that preaches modesty and purity in every facet of life. Imaan is the very epitome of haya (modesty). lmaan is modesty through and through - Hadith. When modesty departs from the life of a person, it is feared that Imaan will follow shortly, Allah forbid! Muslims need to protect and promote the culture of modesty at all times in order to safeguard their Imaan. Such unsavoury practices are the very anti-thesis of modesty and shame. There can be a terrible outcome to this. People listening to this graphic description become attracted towards the woman being described, sometimes with a bit of exaggeration. They may not be experiencing the same sexual gratification in their own lives, so greed and lust gets the better of them. A pass is made at the woman, which is some times successful (sic). One thing leads to another and finally the marriage is ruined, resulting in endless misery, heartache, disgrace and sin for all involved. Allah protect! The following Hadith ought to act as a strong warning and a deterrent to those guilty of this. Hazrat Abu Saeed (radiyallahu-anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: The worst person in the eyes of Allah on the Day of Qiyamah is that couple who have an intimate relation with each other and the man then reveals the (bedroom) secrets to others -Muslim Shareef

Well the banks shall accept this money either from the Government or from their customers but the banks will give it back to those who cannot refund and if they ever could, they will never give it back that is when the Government shall re-print more money. and you know the rest of the story. It is not the Government's fault nor are all the Banks crooks. but the system is a vicious-close-circuit whereas if you have money , you go to the bank and when you need money , you also go to the bank. And with the bank's money you build an illusion and then you sell that illusion until some day comes and someone tells you Hold on !! this is an illusion !!! and then he refuses to buy that illusion. 35. Chapter: On The Rights Of A Husband From His Wife Allah Almighty says, Men have charge of women because Allah has preferred the one above the other and because they spend their wealth on them. Right-acting women are obedient, safeguarding their husband's interests in his absence as Allah has guarded them. (4:34) 281. Abu Hurayra said, The Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, 'When a man calls his wife to bed and she does not come and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning.' In one variant, the Messenger of Allah said, By the One in whose hand my soul is, there is no man who calls his wife to his bed and she refuses to come without the One in the heaven being angry with her until until her husband is pleased with her again. 286. Umm Salama reported that the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, Any woman who dies at a time when her husband is pleased with her will enter Jannah. 288. Usama ibn Zayd reported that the Prophet, (PBUH), said, I have not left after me any temptation more harmful to men than women. [Agreed upon]

Chapter: Spending On One's Family Allah says, It is the duty of the fathers to feed and clothe them with correctness and courtesy, (W2:230; H2:233) and the Almighty says, He who has plenty should spend out from his plenty, but he whose provision is restricted should spend from what Allah has given him. Allah does not demand from any self more than He has given it, (65:7) and the Almighty says, But anything you expend will be replaced by Him. (34:39) 289. Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, Out of a dinar which you spend in the way of Allah and a dinar which you spend on freeing a slave and a dinar which you give to a poor person and a dinar which you spend on your family, the one with the greatest reward is the one which you spend on your family. [Muslim] 294. 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As reported that the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, It is sin enough for a man that he neglects someone whom he is supposed to feed. [Abu Dawud and others] 295. Abu Hurayra reported the Prophet, (PBUH), said, There is no day which dawns on the slaves of Allah without two angels descending and one of them saying, 'O Allah, refund those who give money' and the other saying, 'O Allah, ruin those who withhold it.' 37: Spending Out Of What One Loves And Spending What Is Excellent Allah Almighty says, You will not attain true goodness until you give of what you love (W3:91; H3:92) and the Almighty says, O you who believe! Give away some of the good things you have earned and some of what We produce for you from the earth. Do not have recourse to bad things when you give, things you would only take with your eyes shut tight. (W2:266; H2:267 297. Anas said, Abu Talha had more property in palm trees than any of the Ansar in Madina. His favourite property was Bayruha' which was opposite the mosque. The Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), used to enter it and drink its sweet water. Anas said, When this ayat was sent down: 'You will not attain true goodness until you give of what you love,'(3:92) Abu Talha went to the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), and said, 'Messenger of Allah, Allah, Almighty says, You will not attain true goodness until you give of what you love The property I love the best is Bayruha'. It is sadaqa for Allah whose goodness I hope for and I hope that it will be stored up for me with Allah Almighty. Messenger of Allah, dispose of it in whatever way Allah shows you is best.' The Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, 'Excellent! That is a profitable property. That is is a profitable property. I have heard what you have said and I think that you should give it to your relatives.' Abu Talha said, 'I will do that, Messenger of Allah!' So Abu Talha divided it among his relatives and cousins. The Uzbek regime uses rape in its hidden war against Muslims July 01, 2003 Highly disturbing and worrying news has emerged recently from within the darkest corners of Uzbekistan. It has transpired that a Muslim sister, living in the village of Qaroqchi in Khojaobod was raped. In a shocking and callous manoeuvre, two Uzbek state officials raped the sister in full view of her seven year old daughter, on May 27. This heinous crime was committed simply because her husband, himself arrested on May 25, was a member of Hizb ut Tahrir. This latest act of cowardice by Karimov and his cronies clearly shows that their shame knows no bounds. The increasing paranoia that now dominates his inner circles clearly manifested itself in this latest act of spineless cruelty and malice. As each day passes, the momentum against his tyrannical rule intensifies both domestically and internationally. It is something of which he is all too well aware. Karimov has repeatedly failed to rise to the intellectual challenge laid down before him. By refusing to meet argument with argument, thought with thought and doctrine with doctrine he has exposed the complete bankruptcy of his own political agenda. Instead, his response has been to mobilise the entire force of his brutal state apparatus against those who dare speak against him. He has extended them a carte blanche to imprison, torture and even murder any political opponent as they please. Despite these draconian measures he has repeatedly failed to extinguish the fire of Iman which burns within the da'wah carriers. Rather than dishearten them, the brutality of his regime has only served to strengthen their resolve. In a last act of desperation, he has now resorted to extending this silent war against Islam and the Muslims to our honourable sisters. This is not the first time he has stooped to such levels. Last year his security apparatus arrested and tried Musharraf Usmanova - the widow of the martyred Farhad Usmanov. She is a mother of six. Earlier this month another Uzbek court sentenced Malika Raimova to eight years in jail for her membership of the party - despite her being over seven months pregnant. Another three sisters were convicted along with her. Matilda Bogner, the Tashkent representative of Human Rights Watch, said there are reports of female relatives of religious prisoners being raped by police in retribution for protesting about torture and treatment in jail. The UN rapporteur on torture, Theo van Boven, echoed Bogner's sentiments when he concluded that the use of torture in Uzbekistan is not just incidental, but is systematic. Allah (SWT) unequivocally warns those who persecute the believers, They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! To Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything. Those who persecute the believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the torment of Hell: They will have the punishment of the Burning Fire [TMQ 85:8-10] And He (SWT) warns those who continue to transgress, Therefore I have warned you of a Fire blazing fiercely (Hell); None shall enter it save the most wretched, Who denies (truth) and turns away. But those devoted to Allah shall be removed far from it. [TMQ 92:13-17] It is incumbent upon Muslims living in the west to protect the honour of their brothers and sisters in Uzbekistan. Allah (SWT) says And if they seek your help in the Deen, you must help them [TMQ 8:72] The Uzbek interrogators use all forms of pressure, terror and torture on the arrested members of Hizb-ut-Tahrir in Uzbekistan, but despite this they are afflicted with hopelessness and despair and are seeking help from Turkey, Israel and Jordan. The following is a selection of statements by one of the inspectors under the authority of Karimov: - Those arrested number over 40,000, and we don't sleep day or night in pursuing them, but they are like ants. - What is strange is that all we ask of them is to reject this group, but they refuse, and prefer to go to Jail for periods between 12-20 years instead. All of them are young men, including many women in this group. - This issue is worrying us and worrying President Karimov personally, who inspects each and every leaflet produced by this group. We have met the President on numerous occasions, each time he asks us regarding (Hizb-ut-Tahrir) and how they are fought in the Arab lands, and how to meet with the Jordanian intelligence forces to learn from their experience and take their advice on how to fight them. - They must be clear that this 'Hizb' will not continue here, and we will be hunting them, every step they take, even if this means killing 100,000 of them, we will never allow them to stay. - Islam Karimov said to us: I am like a cement pillar; I do not weaken or bend before Islam, and I do not care to win the

International support for Mr Karzai, who was once the darling of the West, has waned spectacularly, amid worsening violence, endemic corruption and weak leadership. But until very recently, diplomats insisted there were no viable alternatives even as fighting has intensified and the Taliban insurgency in the south has grown. But four key figures believed to be challenging Mr Karzai have arrived in Washington for meetings with Obama administration officials this week. There is now talk of a dream ticket that would see the main challengers run together to unite the country's various ethnic groups and wrest control away from Mr Karzai. The Americans aren't going to determine the outcome of the election, but they could suggest to people they put their differences aside and form a dream ticket, said a senior US analyst in Kabul. Mr Obama has already started getting to grips with the challenge of Afghanistan; he received a briefing on the coming American troop surge from General David Petraeus on Wednesday, his first full day in the Oval Office. Last night, Mr Obama appointed the veteran US diplomat, Richard Holbrooke, as his new special envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan. The unofficial delegation to Washington was made up of three ex-ministers and a serving governor. Dr Abdullah Abdullah was the foreign minister, Dr Ashraf Ghani served as finance minister, Ali Ahmad Jalali was interior minister and Gul Agha Sherzai is the governor of the eastern province of Nangahar, where US troops are based. When Mr Obama visited Afghanistan in July he met Governor Sherzai in Jalalabad, even before he saw President Karzai in Kabul. They are not going to blindly back President Karzai like the Bush administration did for so long, said John Dempsey, head of the United States Institute of Peace in Kabul. On the ground in Afghanistan, Camp Bastion in Helmand province is already becoming the symbol of the Americanisation of the war in the south. US forces have started arriving and will be joined by many more. Airfields are to be built to bring in transport and warplanes in preparation for a coming offensive with the dispatch of 30,000 additional troops to Afghanistan. Karzai officials had hoped Hillary Clinton, now the US Secretary of State, would prove their ally in White House. But those hopes were dashed last week when she branded Afghanistan a narco-state with a government plagued by limited capacity and widespread corruption during her confirmation hearing. Ahmed Wali Karzai, the Afghan president's brother, was named last October in leaked US intelligence reports as a major narco-trafficker. The allegations, vigorously denied by both men, are widespread in Afghanistan but, until then, Western officials had refused to corroborate them. But the leak was seen as a shot across Mr Karzai's bows from the Bush administration, to make him clean up his act and rein in his brother. The flurry of criticism suggests the international community is less than happy with his response. Mrs Clinton's remarks coincided with stinging criticism from Nato's secretary general, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, who said corrupt and inefficient government was as much to blame for instability as the insurgents. Writing in The Washington Post, he said: The basic problem in Afghanistan is not too much Taliban; it's too little good governance. Individually, Mr Karzai's rivals risk splitting their support base. Together, diplomats are optimistic they could win the election, expected next summer, and reinvigorate a jaded population. We need to create a new momentum, like in 2001, said Haroun Mir, co-founder of the Afghanistan Centre for Research and Policy Studies. Change will bring hope, because right now the momentum is with the Taliban. The planning for new policies on Afghanistan has been going on for months by Pentagon and State Department staff in anticipation of Mr Obama's inauguration. One official said: We have to come up with fresh innovative ideas on counter-insurgency, counter-narcotics, governance, development. Now they are drafting in people from other departments. There is no doubt we neglected Afghanistan after the Taliban fell but there is a worry that we may be trying to do too much, too fast now. A slew of initiatives are on the way. They include the arming of local groups to fight the Taliban, in the way Sunni militias were used against insurgents by General Petraeus in Iraq. US, British and Nato forces will also play a much more direct role in counter-narcotics operations in an effort to tackle Afghanistan's heroin trade which provides 93 per cent of the world's supply of the drug. Dushanbe (AsiaNews/Agencies) - A new law that significantly restricts religious freedom was signed today by the president of Tajikistan, Imomali Rakhmon. The new norm, which has been under development since 2006 and will take effect after its official publication, has been criticized since its first appearance by both the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the United States. In a country in which Muslims represent 95% of 6.5 million inhabitants, bordering on Afghanistan, the main concern of the government - which is distinctly authoritarian - is that of stopping fundamentalist and extremist tendencies. In January, the Salafi branch of Islam was outlawed, and publications referring to it were banned. The extensive document bans religious education for children under the age of 7, and any religious instruction in private homes. It imposes preventive censorship on religious literature, and restrictions on religious services, which must be held in places approved by the state. Only Tajik citizens, moreover, can head religious groups, and non-Muslim religious groups cannot be registered if they have fewer than 400 faithful in rural areas, 800 in urban areas, and 1,200 in the capital. Foreign missionaries are required to live in one place for at least ten years before founding new communities. People's religious rights are violated in every article of this law, Khikmatullo Saifullozoda tells Reuters. To believe that after death, we will be reincarnated and will face our Deeds and beliefs we had in this world and will be called to stand before justice of the Lord and if found according to what was ordained in this world then will have ever lasting peace in Paradise otherwise if the Lord is unhappy with the performance and beliefs He would send these culprits to the Hell! Allah save us from Hell Fire. The Holy Qur’an is the final word of Al-mighty Allah.s.w.t and Muhammed sallalaho-alai-he-wassalam (pbuh) is the last Messenger and the EXPLANATION/ISDOM OF AL-QUR’AN IS CONTAINED IN AHADITH. So, if we do not have Ahadith with Qur’an with us then we cant obey Quranic injunctions. For example: How many Rak’ats are to be offered in Fajr, how many in Zuhar, Asr, Maghrib Isha? We need Sahi-Hadith. We have to recite soorah Fateha: in every rak’at. Who told us obviously – Hadith! About soora fateha: this soorah and the last two verses of soorah Al-Baqarah were gifted to The Messenger in the Heavens when he was invited to visit the LORD of Universes. The person who wants us to believe that to Jew and to christen were given such prayer is a liar! Why? Because the Torah is not available (it is Old Testament of Chriestien) and Engel was not revealed in English. The commencing of Fast time and end of fast time – which told us? In nutshell, it is very clear that we need Ahadith in every Step occupation – From Cradle to Grave and from Get-up in the Morning to Retiring to Bed in the night If we do not have Sahi-Al-Hadith for all and every function, we cannot be Muslims as required. Since many, many Ahait were invented by the time of Imam Bukhari Rehmatuulah alaih, the Leading Iemma from the time of appearance of Abdullah ibne Saba – The Hypocrite/Jew, had commenced to take precautions to keep Sahi-Ahadith separate from invented. Thus the formulae adopted with more or less points is: NO HADITH SHOULD CONTRADICT ANY VERSE OF AL-QUR’AN. NO HADITH SHOULD BE IN CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER AUTHENTIC AHADITH. ALL A HADITH ARE DEVIDED INTO SEVERAL CATGORIES: LIKE SAHI- GHAREEB, HASAN, MUTWATIR, MAUOQOOF ETC. IN THE NEXT PART WILL STUDY THE VARIOUS TYPES OF AHADITH.

Feel sadness and some form of remorse for what was done. 2. Give it up. 3. Make up your mind never to repeat that act again 4. Try to seek forgiveness from the one who was backbitten if this is possible. Bismillah [IslamCity] hadith: Clearing misunderstandings about Uthman
Narrated 'Uthman: (the son of Muhib) An Egyptian who came and performed the Hajj to the Kaba saw some people sitting. He enquire, Who are these people? Somebody said, They are the tribe of Quraish. He said, Who is the old man sitting amongst them? The people replied, He is 'Abdullah bin 'Umar. He said, O Ibn Umar! I want to ask you about something; please tell me about it. Do you know that 'Uthman fled away on the day (of the battle) of Uhud? Ibn 'Umar said, Yes. The (Egyptian) man said, Do you know that 'Uthman was absent on the day (of the battle) of Badr and did not join it? Ibn 'Umar said, Yes. The man said, Do you know that he failed to attend the Ar Ridwan pledge and did not witness it (i.e. Hudaibiya pledge of allegiance)? Ibn 'Umar said, Yes. The man said, Allahu Akbar! Ibn 'Umar said, Let me explain to you (all these three things). As for his flight on the day of Uhud, I testify that Allah has excused him and forgiven him; and as for his absence from the battle of Badr, it was due to the fact that the daughter of Allah's Apostle was his wife and she was sick then. Allah's Apostle said to him, You will receive the same reward and share (of the booty) as anyone of those who participated in the battle of Badr (if you stay with her).' As for his absence from the Ar-Ridwan pledge of allegiance, had there been any person in Mecca more respectable than 'Uthman (to be sent as a representative). Allah's Apostle would have sent him instead of him. No doubt, Allah's Apostle had sent him, and the incident of the Ar-Ridwan pledge of Allegiance happened after 'Uthman had gone to Mecca. Allah's Apostle held out his right hand saying, 'This is 'Uthman's hand.' He stroke his (other) hand with it saying, 'This (pledge of allegiance) is on the behalf of 'Uthman.' Then Ibn 'Umar said to the man, 'Bear (these) excuses in mind with you.' Sahi Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 57, Number 48
