It's generally not very flexible to read and write a file in the same 
method. Better to have clients explicitly read, explicitly mutate (in memory),

@omefire this looks OK and would like to get it in. The dependencies have 
changed though save.js and restore.js are gone. I could not quickly spot 
anything on platform.js other then the current one. Can you do a rebase and

of it as the equivalent of the .fetch.json file we have for plugins.

I wasn't sure of the best way to make both template_path and activity_name 
optional. I explored using --activity-name  using nopt, which 
cordova-ios uses for arguments.
