'Addressbook source' 'Catalogue' and 'Set Focus of Combo Box' would also seem to be mislocated. There does not seem to be a bug report for this. Agreed that it potentially a problem, hence the suggestion of developing a consistent syntax for icons. Perhaps they could be built up in layers? Then you might have a graphic S for style and a graphic T for template as the base. Overlaid that could be transparent icons for 'create new' 'edit' 'update' 'delete' or whatever. If such a system can be worked out, it should overcome the difficulty of non-distinguishable icons.
