They need good communication and be able to run with this project, as they would be the lead ? The resource MUST have very advanced SQL Server skills within ETL, very strong SSIS package experience, and strong query writing skills, performance tuning, working with clustered/non-clustered indexes, and some DB2 background will be needed.
