Dear all, Spek pc : - amd athlon k700 slot a - 128 mb v-gen pc 133 8 ic - mobo asus k7v-rm - nvidia g-force mx 440 64 mb 128 bit Masalah : - Selesai instalasi win2k sp4 ato winxpsp2 bermasalah saat install software tambahan. seperti ms. office, winzip, adobe acrobat, avg dll. Ada yg error lah, tdk mau keluar menu lah, ada juga instalasinya sempurna tapi pas dirun error. tapi saat saya ganti os-nya menjadi win9x/me, masalah tersebut tdk ada. Yang sudah dilakukan : - update bios - ganti memory - ganti prosessor tipe yg sama - ganti vga yg pci tetapi tetap tdk solve problemnya yg belum dilakukan : - ganti mobo, karena tdk punya lagi yg lainnya. Semua pemakai nomor ponsel diharuskan mendaftarkan diri sampai 28 April 2006. Setelah batas waktu tersebut, nomor yang tidak diregistrasi akan dinonaktifkan. Registrasi tersebut dicanangkan secara resmi di Kantor Depkominfo, Jakarta, kemarin. Acara itu dihadiri sejumlah pimpinan perusahaan telekomunikasi. Antara lain, Dirut PT Telkomsel Kiskenda Suriahardja, Direktur Consumer PT Indosat Johnny Swandi Sjam, dan Direktur Excelcomindo Rudiantara. Juga tampak Dirjen Postel Basuki Yusuf Iskandar dan Sekjen Depkominfo Ashwin Sasongko. Untuk registrasi tersebut, Menkominfo telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 23/Kominfo/M/10/2005 tentang Kewajiban Registrasi Pengguna Prabayar dan Pascabayar. Kewajiban registrasi kartu seluler jamak dilakukan di sejumlah negara, termasuk Malaysia dan Singapura, kata Menkominfo Sofyan Djalil di Istana Wakil Presiden kemarin. Kemudian, kirim ke nomor yang dapat diakses dari seluruh nomor seluler di Indonesia. *Jika terbukti identitas yang diberikan palsu, operator telepon berhak menonaktifkan nomor tersebut. Operator yang tidak melaksanakan registrasi juga akan diberi sanksi. Operator yang tidak melakukan registrasi bisa dicabut izin operasionalnya, terangnya. Sofyan optimistis, kebijakan Depkominfo itu akan didukung operator seluler karena dalam jangka panjang akan diuntungkan. Dengan mengetahui siapa pelanggan Anda, strategi marketing dan pelayanan akan lebih bagus. Di mana-mana, operator perlu profil pelanggan, tambahnya. Berdasar data dari Asosiasi Telepon Seluler Indonesia, jumlah pemakai telepon seluler saat ini mencapai 40 juta pelanggan. Sekitar 90 persen merupakan pelanggan kartu prabayar. Pelanggan kartu prabayar itulah yang selama ini tidak diregistrasi. Jumlahnya sekitar 36 juta pelanggan. Hari ini sudah ada yang registrasi, tapi masih sekitar 95 persen pelanggan prabayar yang belum melakukannya, tukasnya. Direktur Consumer Indosat Johnny Swandi Sjam (mewakili operator) menyambut baik kebijakan pemerintah tersebut. Pihaknya tidak akan mempersulit pelanggan. Pelanggan yang nomor ponselnya sudah aktif jangan ragu untuk memberikan data yang sebenarnya, katanya. Dirjen Postel Basuki Yusuf Iskandar menambahkan, untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan, pelanggan seluler akan dikirimi SMS tentang tata cara registrasi oleh masing-masing operator. Pelanggan akan dipandu dalam melakukan pendaftaran, tambahnya. Pakar telematika Roy Suryo menilai, program tersebut perlu didukung seluruh masyarakat. Registrasi semacam itu tidak hanya dilakukan di Indonesia, tetapi juga di Malaysia dan Amerika sekalipun. Kemarin saya dari Malaysia. HAlo saya anggota baru disini, saya lagi pusing ngadepin aksi teman baru saya yang sering ngirim email gede-gede nih, Saya pake outlook 2002, di rumah saya pake telkomnet instan, jadi email server saya juga telkom.net, nah belakangan ini saya sering dikirimi email gede2, lebih nyebelin dari spam deh... udah berkali-kali saya udah tegor dia, tapi gak digubris sama sekali. Nah saya mau blok lewat telkom net langsung gak ada fasilitasnya, jadi mau nanya bisa gak yach create rule di Outlook supaya gak narik email dari alamat email tertentu? Thanks dulu deh untuk bantuannya. salam, arjuna Wpy: Klo km pakai Outlook Express, km blok aja dari menu Tools -- Message Rules -- Mail. Dari menu tsb pilih tab Mail Rules, lalu pilih New. Pada menu New Mail Rule pada bagian Select the Conditions for your rule km pilih atau check mark pilihan Where the message size is more than size. Lalu pada bagian Rule Description (click on an underlined value to edit it) km klik value yg dikasih warna biru digarisbawahi, lalu km isi size email yg ada attachment tsb berapa KB. Misalnya temen km slalu kirim email dgn besar attachment 2 Mb, km isi aja dgn 2000 Kb (sama dgn 2 Mb). Lalu pada bagian Select the Actions for your rule km bisa memilih pilihan Do not Download it from the server atau pilihan Delete it from server. Pada bagian Name of the rule, km kasih nama rule tsb, lalu sesudah itu km klik tombol OK, lalu pada tab Mail Rules km klik tombol Aplly Now, lalu akan muncul menu Apply Mail Rules Now, lalu km klik lagi tombol Apply Now, lalu klik tombol OK. Selesai sudah km buat Rule tsb, nantinya email dari temen km yg terdapat Attachment dlm jumlah besar tsb otomatis tdk akan di-download ke dlm Outlook Express. Smoga dapat membantu.
