[ITCENTER] Mohon bantuan
Dear mas2 dan mbak2, Tulung dibantu temen saya yaa, saya ngga nemu2 sebabnya nih.. Masalahnya PCnya ngga bisa YM-an lagi, padahal YMnya bisa diaktifin, keliatan juga id2 yang sedang online ataupun off. Begitu pun send IMnya masih bisa tapi ngga ada terima jawaban. Adanya cuma komen dari IM Admin servernya di windownya, bilang Window IMnya belum terdaftar. Di blok kantor kali yaa ?? Gimana ngakali nya yaa ?? Trus PC dirumahnya kena masalah lagi, bisa konnek ke telkomnet, counternya jalan, byte receipt dan sendnya bertambah terus seperti normalnya, tapi ngga bisa kemana-mana. IE ngga bisa, Firefox ngga bisa juga. Bahkan juga aplikasi2 yang ngga pake Internet Explore, yaitu langsung dari aplikasi ke servernya, ngga bisa juga. Saya sudah minta dia ping, katanya bisanya hanya ke IP addressnya telkomnet doang, yg ada di info koneksi telkomnet itu. Ping2 ke yang lain pada ngga mau, ke www.yahoo.com dll. Ngga bisa internetan, tapi counter menitnya jalan terus.. Tulung dong yaa.. Ada sih saran di install ulang, tapi dianya masih ragu, takut ada program file tambahannya bakal ilang. Makasih atas bantuannya, mudah2an jadi amalan.. Maaf kalo dah pernah dibahas yaa..
