Tadi siang baru bareng teman ke Dusit Mangdu beli Acer Aspire 4720 *tanpa O/S* Pas mau install dengan WinXP ternyata gak bisa karena HDD SATA nya gak kedetek, iseng-2 saya mengintip BIOSnya, ternyata ada pilihan SATA Mode dengan default AHCI Mode. So... caranya gampang: - Masuk ke BIOS dengan pencet F2 - Pindah ke tab MAIN - Ganti SATA Mode dari AHCI Mode menjadi IDE Mode - Tekan F10 dan YES ***Masalah selesai, sekarang anda bisa install WinXP tanpa perlu driver SATA :) Nah... sekarang pindah ke masalah utama, Aspire 4720 tidak bisa shutdown setelah diinstall Cam Driver Suyin Solusinya: - Buka Device Manager Imaging devices - Dobel klik Acer Crystal Eye Webcam - Pindah ke tab Driver - Klik tombol Update Driver - Pilih No, not this time Next - Pilih Install from spesific location Next - Pilih Don't search, bla bla bla Next - Pilih USB Video Device Next - Finish ***Masalah selesai, sekarang WinXP bisa shutdown tanpa nge-hang lagi. Actually I've been facing the same problem for three days. I've just discovered what actually the problem is. Aspire 4270 uses SATA hardisk but it's not supported by Win XP installer and Acer hasn't supplied the drivers in the BIOS or something like that. That's why the hardisk is detected in the BIOS but Win XP installer will give you message; no recognise disk. I've took out the hardisk and using it as external hardisk via USB. Win XP installer detected the hardisk but still couldn't install the OS. Then I found this forum. ;) 'bambamitsdead' and 'singchi' are correct. Unfortunately I couldn't find the drivers from Acer's website. I'm not sure wether it's in the CD that comes in the package because I'm helping my friend and he don't give me any CD. Is there any CD that we can use? Adakah yg bisa membantu lagi? Bung Erwin, Maaf, menurut saya tidak ada hubungan antara Gmail dan smtp telkom, Btw referensi saya ini semoga bisa membantu : 1. Coba aktifkan POP3 gmail anda dengan masuk ke Gmail dan tab setting account , dan jgn lupa save settingannya . 2. Pilih email client yg akan anda gunakan ( outlook, edora, thunderbird, dsb ) , ingat dari masing2 email client akan diberikan cara yang berbeda2 3. Catat seluruh setting standardnya ( POP3, incoming , outgoing , port dsb) , dan masukkan dalam setting acc di email client yang anda pilih. 4. Wah klu aQ gak ngaru sich, karna klu sudah pake windows XP minimal klu pentium III atau IV itu yg bagus mainboard nya. Klu di P-3 dia processor nya kan blum support multi tasking sedangkan di XP itu sendiri OS yang sudah mempunyai kemampuan multi tasking ( Pernah nyoba kan putar Winamp + maen game atau ngopy file di OS 98 itu pasti lagunya putus2 tapi klu di XP gak. Asal ya seperti yang saya bilang klu mainboard nya bagus Pentium III pun terasa cepet kok gak usah dimacem2in). Jadi cocoknya yach XP sama P-IV sama2 mempunyai kemampuan multi tasking. Hi Rega, Untuk membuat DRC 1. Tentukan besaran data, serta besar perubahaan data, misalnya data 1 TB, perubahaan 1GB 2. Tentukan waktu bagi data penting untuk direcovery, apakah data harus update tiap detik, tiap jam, atau data 1 hari hilang pun tidak apa-apa 3. Bagi besaran data pada no.1 dengan satuan waktu yang diperlukan pada no.2untuk menghitung bandwidth yang dibutuhkan, kalo tiap detik jadi 1GBps, kalo tiap jam jadi 1G/3600 = 300kBps, kalo 1 hari 1G/(3600*24) = 10kBps/80kbps. Untuk mereduksi biaya 1. Cari alat yang bisa kalkulasi perubahaan data terefisien termasuk kemampuan kompresi, indexing, dsb pada no.1 2. Tentukan data yang harus di update detik, 1 hari, semakin banyak data yang tidak perlu diupdate, semakin kecil perubahaan data yang harus di update per satuan waktu, sehingga bandwidth yang diperlukan semakin kecil 3.
