Dear All, Mohon bantuannya, saya mendapat email dengan attchment .doc. Emailnya menggunakan lotus notes 6.5 dan Windows Vista. Saat membuka langsung dari lotus notes (double click - open), maka secara otomatis akan membuka MS Word 2007. Setelah terbuka dokumennya, beberapa lama kemudian keluar error spt ini: download updates for microsoft office system software. This program was caused by microsoft office software. kemudian file tersebut menutup kembali dan membuka program word 2007 baru dengan dokumen kosong. Saya sudah menginstall SP1 untuk Office 2007, tapi problem tersebut masih muncul.
